This is Zoe after the photoshop surgery and now she looks a little bit better, to achieve this i had to use a number of different tools, the main one of these would include the healing brush tool which i used to cover over those spots to use the healing brush tool i hovered over the piece of skin which looked clean enough and i used this as my set skin to cover up the other spots so i used the ALT tab key to set the skin to cover up the marks, the techniques i used was to keep clicking instead of click and drag as this would.
